According to data from the Ministry of Public Security, in the first 8 months of 2025, nearly 1,500 online scams were detected, causing a loss of more than VND 1,660 billion. Technology drivers are a vulnerable group due to their frequent use of digital devices. Lalamove's organization of training sessions is considered necessary in the context of continued increasing risks and the digitalization process.
