On July 2, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee issued a notice of headquarters addresses and hotline numbers of Public Administration Service Centers at the commune, ward and special zone levels in the province.
The disclosure of this information aims to ensure that the reception and processing of administrative records of people and businesses are not interrupted in the process of rearranging administrative units and implementing the two-level local government model.
The notice is issued to synchronously implement the contents according to Official Dispatch 90/CD-TTg of the Prime Minister, Notice 318/TB-VPCP of the Government Office and Decision 1356/QD-TTg promulgating a plan to implement Decree No. 118/2025/ND-CP on the one-stop, one-stop mechanism in handling administrative procedures.
The list of head office addresses and hotline numbers of each commune-level Center will be attached with the official announcement.
This is to facilitate contacts between agencies, units, organizations and individuals, creating favorable conditions for access and settlement of administrative procedures in the whole province.
Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee requested agencies, organizations and people in the area to update information to coordinate and effectively implement in the administrative transition period.
