Accordingly, while implementing the Central's direction on reorganizing the two-level local government and waiting for the Central Government to amend Directive No. 35-CT/TW of the Politburo; to ensure consistency and unity in Party organization work and direct congresses at all levels, the Standing Committee of Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee directs Party Committees of districts, towns and cities to temporarily suspend congresses for affiliated grassroots Party organizations until new direction is issued.
The Executive Committee of the Party organization in agencies, units of the Party, the government, the Fatherland Front, socio -political organizations under the District Party Committee, the Party Committee and the Party Committee organized the Conference on evaluating the results of the implementation of the Resolution of the 2020-2025 term, reporting to the higher level committee.
The Executive Committee of the Party Committee of districts, towns and cities held a conference to evaluate the results of the implementation of the Resolution of the Congress for the term 2020-2025 in the second quarter and report to the Provincial Party Committee.
For Party Committees of Provincial Party Agencies and Provincial People's Committee Party Committees: Temporarily suspend the organization of grassroots party congresses.
For the Provincial Military Party Committee and the Provincial Police Party Committee: Temporarily suspend the organization of party congresses at all levels in the Provincial Military Party Committee and the Provincial Police Party Committee.
Continue to lead and direct the preparation of the congress and the time to organize the congress after receiving instructions and guidance from the Central Government and Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee.
