The first incident occurred at about 7:45 pm on May 23 in the top area of Lo Mo slope (slope from Ang Soi to Tran Chau lake, road 356 belonging to Cat Hai special zone). At this time, a motorbike driven by Mr. V.V.H (born in 2004, residing in hamlet 1 Hien Hao, Cat Hai special zone) in the direction from Cat Ba center to Hien Hao collided with a motorbike with an unknown driver traveling in the same direction in front. After the accident, Mr. H was taken to Cat Hai Medical Center for emergency treatment by people but died.
At about 11:10 pm on the same day, on the road belonging to residential group 10, Bach Dang ward, Mr. P.T. H (born in 2001, residing in Luu Kiem ward, Hai Phong) was driving a motorbike in the direction from Quyet Tien residential group to residential group 10 when he lost control and rushed to the right side of the road in the direction of movement. The victim was seriously injured and died at the hospital.
Currently, 2 cases are being investigated and handled by functional forces according to regulations.
