Recently, police officers, soldiers and union members of Bao Loc city have actively promoted and guided people to participate in giving opinions on the draft amendment to the 2013 Constitution through the VNeID application.
This is the first time the National Assembly has deployed the collection of comments on amending the Constitution through the VNeID application.
The police and organizations in Bao Loc city have established a working group to support people to install, log in and use the VNeID application in villages and residential groups.

In particular, the working group focused on supporting the elderly and people who are not yet proficient in information technology to guide access to comments on VNeID.
People only need a few steps on VNeID level 2 electronic identification to be able to comment on this draft amendment to the Constitution.

According to the police of wards and communes in Bao Loc city, collecting public opinions on the VNeID application is being implemented simultaneously and has achieved certain results.
Thereby, it shows the people's interest in contributing opinions to the draft revised Constitution of 2013.
