Through grasping the situation in the area, Chau Son Ward Police, Ninh Binh province, have just coordinated with the Provincial Drug Police Department to catch a group of subjects red-handed organizing the illegal use of drugs at a motel in the ward. The subjects include: Dang Lam Giang (born in 1982, residing in Kim Bang ward), Pham Thanh Lan (born in 2003, residing in Le Ho ward) and Chu Thi Loan (born in 2004, residing in Tam Chuc ward).
At the scene, functional agencies seized methamphetamine and synthetic drugs that the subjects bought to organize their use.
Currently, Chau Son Ward Police continue to coordinate with functional forces to investigate and verify to handle according to the provisions of law.
Previously, Hai Thinh Commune Police also inspected and discovered that at Thanh Xuan guesthouse (Hai Thinh commune) rented by Ha Thi Sam (born in 1990, residing in Vo Cuong ward, Bac Ninh province) there were suspicious signs related to drugs.
Organizing investigation and clarification measures, Hai Thinh Commune Police in coordination with local functional forces conducted inspections, discovered and caught Doan Van Long (born in 1988, residing in Giao Thuy commune, Ninh Binh province) and Ha Thi Sam red-handed in the act of organizing the illegal use of drugs. At the scene, the police force seized many exhibits related to the act of illegally using drugs.
During the investigation and expansion of the case, Hai Thinh Commune Police arrested Huynh Thanh Trang (born in 1994, residing in An Giang province), who was a drug dealer selling methamphetamine to Doan Van Long.
Conducting an emergency search of Trang's workplace, the police agency seized 2.632g of methamphetamine and many other related exhibits.
