On the morning of September 2, at Brigade 172, Naval Region 3, a Party membership admission ceremony took place for Lieutenant Hoang Ngoc Tuan, artillery squad leader, Ship 277 and Lieutenant Le Bat Thang, artillery officer, Ship 331.
The Party admission ceremony took place in a solemn atmosphere, following the order and procedures of the Party Charter. Before the Party flag, the National flag, the portrait of President Ho Chi Minh and witnessed by the Party members in the Party Cell, the oath of the new Party member was taken at the right time to celebrate the 79th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
This is an extremely important and meaningful event in the life of every soldier, and also shows the growth and development of party organizations in the Vietnam People's Army.

Lieutenant Hoang Ngoc Tuan shared: “As an honorable soldier, I feel more proud than ever to be standing in the ranks of the Communist Party of Vietnam today - the vanguard of the working class, the working people and the entire Vietnamese nation.
