Initial information, the accident occurred at around 6:55 a.m. on August 6, on Pham Van Dong Street, Tu Minh Ward. An electric motorbike without a license plate driven by L.Y.T (born in 2010, residing in Tu Minh Ward) traveling from Vo Nguyen Giap to Hoang Quoc Viet collided with a car driven by Mr. D.X.T (born in 1981, residing in Ai Quoc Ward, Hai Phong City) reversing from the vacant land on the sidewalk to Pham Van Dong Street to go towards Hoang Quoc Viet.
As a result, T was injured and died at home at 10am the same day.
The initial preliminary cause was that Mr. T was driving the car backwards in violation of regulations, causing the accident. T was driving an electric motorbike without looking.
Currently, the authorities continue to handle the case according to regulations.
