Hung Son commune - a "new member" of Da Nang city (formerly the border communes of Ch'Om, Ga Ry, A Xan, Tr' Hy in Tay Giang district, old Quang Nam province) after the merger has become more bustling and cozy than ever. The volunteer group includes units coordinating with Hospital 199 (Ministry of Public Security), the Human Heart Charity Association, and the Pham family group - with the kind-hearted people who have come here, bringing not only material things but also humanity, sharing and hope to people and children in difficult circumstances.

Gool House - a place for spiritual and cultural activities of the people here to become a miniature "field hospital", medical staff and volunteer pharmacists of Hospital 199 enthusiastically examine the health of people in difficult circumstances in Voong and A Rieu villages.

The elderly with shoulder blades and slow steps were taken to measure their blood pressure and receive a general medical examination. Young mothers holding their young children in their arms, listening to thoughtful advice about nutrition and disease prevention... There is no gap, only trusting eyes and warm greetings. For many people, especially the elderly, having doctors come from the city to see them for free is an invaluable health gift, helping them reduce their worries about illness and expensive travel costs.

In addition, also at the "field hospital", the volunteer group gave gifts to people and children in difficult circumstances, including: 235 gifts of necessities (rice, cooking oil, salt, fish sauce...), 200 gifts for children, along with 300 meals, 150 pairs of live chickens for people to make a living, 200m of cable for a bridge, 5 envelopes (each envelope costs 1 million VND) to support 5 especially difficult circumstances.

The delegation also presented gifts of 10 sets of solar lights to the units of Lao Border Police, Vietnam Border Guard, and Laos Border Guard.
Lieutenant Colonel Arat Bach - Deputy Head of Hung Son Commune Police, said: "This is an extremely meaningful gift from benefactors given to households in difficult circumstances as well as students to contribute to bringing joy to students and households in difficult circumstances in the commune. At the same time, as a reward to encourage and motivate people, as well as those who overcome difficulties, strive to study to become useful citizens for themselves, their families and society".

This charity program in Hung Son is not simply a gift-giving and medical examination activity. It has a deeper meaning, which is the practical concern of the community for a newly merged border locality. This activity is like an invisible bond, connecting feelings, spreading the fire of love and the spirit of "the healthy leaves cover the torn leaves". Affirming that no matter where they are, no matter the new location, no one is left behind in the overall development of Da Nang City.
