The Provincial People's Committee clearly stipulates that in case the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee suddenly does not chair a press conference, he/she shall authorize the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee or assign the Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office to perform the task.
The content of the press conference aims to provide information to the press about the socio-economic situation and the results of implementing the set goals and tasks; key tasks and solutions of the province in the coming time approved at the meeting to review the socio-economic situation of each quarter. Exchange, provide information, and answer content and issues of press interest (if any).
The time for press conferences and meetings is not more than 5 working days after each meeting to review the socio-economic situation of the Provincial People's Committee. The maximum press conference time is 1 session. Press conference location at the Provincial People's Committee meeting room.

The participants included representatives of the leaders of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, the Provincial Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, the Provincial Vietnam Journalists Association, the Provincial Party Committee Office, the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council. Representatives of leaders, spokespersones or authorized persons to speak and provide information to the press of provincial departments, branches and sectors; Chairmen or Vice Chairmen of People's Committees of districts and cities (related) exchange, provide and answer information to the press. Representatives of leaders and reporters of local press agencies, the Provincial Electronic Information Portal, and the Provincial Party Committee Electronic Information Portal. Representative agencies, Representative offices, permanent reporters, reporters in charge of the area of press agencies outside the province.
The regular organization of press conferences to provide information to the press is to comply with the provisions of Clause 1, Clause 2, Article 41 of the 2016 Press Law; Clause 1, Clause 2, Article 5 of Decree No. 09/2017/ND-CP dated February 9, 2017 of the Government detailing the speech and provision of information to the press by state administrative agencies. Providing official information to the press, thereby, to orient public opinion and create social consensus in implementing local socio-economic development tasks.
