The incident occurred at 7:47 p.m. on December 1, on a road in Hoa Ninh commune. At this time, the car driver (identity unknown) reversed the car from the sidewalk onto the road when a young man riding a motorbike suddenly rushed forward, crashed into the back of the car and fell onto the road.
The collision caused the car's rear window to break and the motorbike to be severely damaged. People who witnessed the incident quickly took the victim to the emergency room with a broken leg and multiple injuries.
