The most notable highlight of the semi-final night of the Miss University of Peace Vietnam contest (evening of December 15) was the appearance of 44 contestants in Ao Dai, inspired by brocade material, demonstrating the connection between 54 ethnic groups.

On the background music performed by singer Quan A.P, the contestants scored points thanks to their flexible movements, confidently walking on stage. According to the organizing committee, this is an indispensable competition, giving contestants the opportunity to learn and promote their national cultural identity.
The contestants continued to score points in the sportswear competition, aiming to portray a young, dynamic student, promoting the spirit of physical training. This is also an opportunity for students to introduce and show their pride in the school they are studying in.

Notably, in the first season, the program did not organize a bikini competition. Instead, the organizing committee chose to focus on the confidence, intelligence and courage of students, reducing the pressure of simple body assessment.
According to Ms. Truong Thi Thu Trang, Head of the contest's organizing committee, Miss Student Peace Vietnam is not simply a beauty pageant but a journey to practice to find students who converge knowledge, skills and the ability to inspire, while being responsible for social issues.
At the end of the semi-final night, the organizing committee announced 36 excellent contestants entering the final round. The final night of Miss Grand Vietnam Student is scheduled to take place on December 28 at the Military Region 5 Gymnasium (Da Nang City).
