Previously, on July 23, the Criminal Police Department (City Police) in coordination with professional units promptly discovered and prevented two groups of teenagers carrying many dangerous weapons such as rubber bullet guns, swords, iron pipes... from gathering to resolve conflicts.
Through initial verification, the police force clarified the subjects driving 9 motorbikes of the two groups. The Thanh Ha group (including 3 motorbikes) carried 1 rubber gun firing iron bullets, 2 iron pipes; the Chi Linh group (including 6 motorbikes) carried 1 sword. The police force proceeded to seize initial exhibits including 1 motorbike of the Thanh Ha group and many dangerous homemade weapons.
Immediately after that, the Criminal Police Department handed over 5 subjects to Le Thanh Nghi ward for handling according to regulations. Summoning and fighting with 9 related subjects, the Criminal Police Department handed over 4 subjects to Viet Hoa ward for the act of Theft of property at Dong Nien Pagoda, Viet Hoa ward.
