The total estimated fine is more than 320 million VND.
Notably, among the 20 vehicles detained, 1 motorbike was self-assembled and had a license plate that was not issued by a state agency, and was fined 45 million VND.
Previously, on April 13, Dak Nong Police also discovered and handled a group of nearly 80 teenagers gathering in the pine hill area of Nam N'Jang commune, Dak Song district (Dak Nong).
Here, the subjects have volunteered to perform acts, causing disorder.

The Traffic Police Department of Dak Nong Province Police has coordinated with professional units to inspect and record 78 violations such as:
Driving a vehicle without reaching the prescribed age; arbitrarily changing the engine frame, shape, size, and characteristics of the vehicle; no driver's license; no vehicle registration certificate; no license plate.
The police force has drawn up temporary detention records for 78 vehicles, and conducted alcohol and drug tests for 78 cases, detecting 1 case of alcohol concentration violation.
Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thanh Tam - Deputy Captain of Road Traffic Police Team No. 2 said that under the close direction of the leaders and professional measures, illegal racing was prevented and people's safety was protected.
