On August 26, according to Ninh Binh Provincial Police, Van Thang Commune Police just received a homemade air gun with a sight and compressed air tank voluntarily handed over by Mr. T.D. K (born in 1977, residing in Van Thang commune).
Immediately after receiving it, Van Thang Commune Police inspected and made a receipt record in accordance with regulations, and at the same time managed and handled the exhibits according to the procedures of the Ministry of Public Security.
According to the Police Agency, through propaganda and dissemination of legal regulations on the management and use of weapons, explosives, supporting tools and firecrackers, people's awareness and sense of law compliance have been gradually raised.
In the coming time, Van Thang Commune Police will continue to promote propaganda in many forms suitable for each area and each target group; strengthen review, grasp the situation, and mobilize organizations and individuals who are storing weapons, explosives, supporting tools, firecrackers and homemade weapons to voluntarily hand over to the Police agency.
