Information from Duc Tho commune said that at around 5:30 p.m. on August 21, a local resident went to the cemetery of Phuong Thanh dam in Loc Phuc village, Duc Tho commune and discovered a man dead in a hanging position.
After that, this person reported it to the local authorities and police.
Upon receiving the report, Duc Tho Commune Police arrived at the scene, conducted verification, and identified the person who committed the suicide by hanging as Mr. P.V.T (35 years old, residing in Loc Phuc village, Duc Tho commune).
After working with the victim's family, seeing that there were no signs of crime, the family did not have any requests, so the commune police made a record and handed over the body to the family for burial.
