On November 5, the Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee of Hai Duong Ward organized a Dialogue Conference between the Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council and Chairman of the People's Committee of the Ward and the People in 2025.
At the conference, ward leaders reported the results of implementing political tasks, socio-economic development, Party building work in the first 9 months of the year and the direction and tasks for the last months of 2025.
In the spirit of democracy, openness and frankness, the people of the residential groups have expressed many opinions and recommendations directly related to people's lives and local development.
The contents focus on land management, planning, and issuance of land use right certificates; reforming administrative procedures; collecting non-agricultural land use tax; investing in and upgrading technical infrastructure systems; renovating and beautifying degraded roads; ensuring traffic safety; environmental sanitation; building and repairing cultural houses; handling violations of construction and urban order.
Directly listening to people's opinions, the Party Committee Secretary and the Chairman of the Ward People's Committee responded and explained each proposal, while seriously accepting the valid opinions. Issues beyond their authority are assigned to relevant departments and offices to synthesize, advise, and propose to competent authorities for consideration and resolution according to regulations.
The direct dialogue conference between the heads of Party committees and authorities and the People is a practical activity, contributing to tightening the relationship between the Party, government and people, improving the effectiveness and efficiency of state management.
Through the dialogue, people have the opportunity to express their thoughts, aspirations, and contribute opinions on building a government; at the same time, help the Party Committee and People's Committee of Hai Duong Ward promptly grasp reality, remove difficulties right from the grassroots, strengthen the people's trust, create consensus to successfully carry out the task of socio-economic development, and maintain security and defense in the area.
