Initial information, at around 4:00 p.m. on April 1, at Dinh Vu - Cat Hai bridge (Dong Hai 2 ward, Hai An district, Hai Phong), a tractor-trailer driven by Mr. N.V.H (born in 1973, residing in Hoang Lam ward, Thuy Nguyen city) towards Nghia Lo intersection towards Deep C roundabout collided with a motorbike driven by Mr. V.V.Q (born in 1969, residing in Cat Hai town, Cat Hai district) traveling in the same direction.
As a result, Mr. Q was injured and died at the hospital later. For initial reasons, Mr. Q drove the vehicle to change lanes unsafely, Mr. H drove the vehicle without controlling the speed, and did not slow down when encountering obstacles on the road.
On the same day, at 6:30 p.m. at km13+200 of National Highway 10 in Tran Hung Dao Ward, Thuy Nguyen City, a collision also occurred, injuring 2 people. Mr. N.N.D (born in 2006, residing in Luu Kiem, Thuy Nguyen) was driving from Gia bridge to Dong Son intersection when he crashed into Ms. B.T H (born in 1962, residing in Tran Hung Dao ward) riding a bicycle onto the road. As a result, Mr. D and Mrs. H were injured. The initial cause was that Mr. D did not pay attention.
