On the afternoon of November 9, Trung Loc Commune Police (Nghe An Province) said they had clarified the property theft that occurred at Nghi Loc 4 High School. Previously, on the morning of November 6, during physical education class of class 11C2, a thief broke into a deserted classroom and stole a female student's mobile phone, worth about 25 million VND.
After receiving the report, Trung Loc Commune Police quickly began investigating. At 7:00 p.m. the same day, the authorities identified and arrested the perpetrator, Le Van Ng. (born in 2008, residing in Trung Loc commune, Nghe An).
At the police station, Ng. confessed to all the thefts. It is known that the subject is currently a student, but is a vulnerable teenager being managed by the Commune Police, and has been repeatedly deterred and educated.
