Domestic gasoline prices drop sharply
In today's adjustment session (September 10), the price of E5 RON 92 gasoline decreased compared to the previous adjustment period, at VND18,882/liter (down VND1,491/liter). RON 95-III gasoline price decreased compared to the previous adjustment period, at VND19/207/liter (down VND1,712/liter).
Prices of oil products also decreased simultaneously. Of which, diesel 0.05S is priced at VND17,243/liter (down VND1,235/liter); kerosene has a new price of VND17,413/liter (down VND1,322/liter); mazut is priced at VND15,902/kg (down VND1,124/kg).

Domestic water prices in Dak Lak increase unusually
According to Decision No. 08/2023/QD-UBND dated March 7, 2023 of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee, the selling price of clean water for domestic use is adjusted according to the roadmap from 2023 to 2025. In Buon Ma Thuot city, the domestic water price in 2023 is 10,710 VND/m3; in 2024 it will increase to 12,600 VND/m3; by 2025, it is expected to reach 14,900 VND/m3. Dak Lak Water Supply Joint Stock Company (Dakwaco) is the main domestic water supply unit for people in Buon Ma Thuot city, with an output of about 50,000m3 per day.
Faced with this development, many people in Buon Ma Thuot city expressed their anger. Ms. Le Thi Kim Mai, in Tan Hoa ward, Buon Ma Thuot city, shared: My family uses 9m3 of water per month, currently having to pay more than 160,000 VND (including taxes and fees). While in 2022, with the same amount of use, it only cost about 80,000 VND/month. After 3 years, water prices have almost doubled. Income remains unchanged and costs are getting higher and higher.

On 10.4, the leader of Dong Xuan District People's Committee (Phu Yen) said that after the locality reported the abnormal mud movement from the ground to the agricultural land in Xuan Son Nam commune, the functional branch of the province came to sample and survey to assess the cause of this phenomenon. According to Dong Xuan District People's Committee, this phenomenon occurred from 7.4 at the agricultural land plot of Mr. Nguyen Van Loi (SN 1953, resident of Xuan Son Nam commune). By 9.4, the mud continued to erupt, spreading to the surrounding area. The mud is light yellow, smooth, mixed with sand, thick, no strange smell and normal temperature.
