The domestic airport arrival area is always crowded, mostly people from the Central and Northern provinces returning to Ho Chi Minh City and the Southern provinces to prepare to go to work from the beginning of next week (February 3).

The number of flights departing and arriving from the domestic terminal has increased sharply, meeting the needs of people returning to Ho Chi Minh City and the southern provinces.

Phap Van Expressway is congested, people should take this route
It is forecasted that today and tomorrow (ie the 4th and 5th of Tet At Ty 2025), the number of people and vehicles returning to Hanoi from the provinces will increase.
Lieutenant Colonel Tran Tu Anh, Deputy Captain of Traffic Police Team No. 14, Traffic Police Department, said that from the southern provinces and cities to Hanoi, vehicles can follow the following routes: Phap Van - Cau Gie Expressway to the city center; Old National Highway 1 through Phu Xuyen, Thuong Tin, Thanh Tri, Hoang Mai districts to Giai Phong - Ngoc Hoi intersection.

In case of congestion at the same time in the above areas, vehicles moving from Van Diem intersection, Dai Xuyen intersection (Phu Xuyen district) to National Highway 6 (Nguyen Trai - Tran Phu - Quang Trung axis) - Ba La intersection of Road 21B - National Highway 38, or moving on the left bank of the Red River to the center of Hanoi.

Handling 40 cases of alcohol concentration violations in Cao Bang
From January 25 to 31, the Traffic Police force of Cao Bang province inspected and handled 40 cases of alcohol concentration violations.
Accordingly, 40 vehicles of various types were detained, including 2 cars and 38 motorbikes; driving licenses were revoked in 6 cases of violations; administrative violations were handled, and fines were paid to the budget of more than 210 million VND.
