On April 26, information from the Investigation Police Agency of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police said that the unit had just summoned 6 teenagers to clarify the acts of violating traffic safety and order and teasing passersby.
The teenagers were summoned: Nguyen Trung Thanh (SN 2005, in Thuong Xuan town, Thuong Xuan district); Nguyen Tuan Bao (SN 2000, in Van Thien commune, Nong Cong district); Doan Nhu Quoc (SN 2008, in Quang Cat ward, Thanh Hoa city); Do Nhat Long (SN 2005, in Cam Tan commune, Cam Thuy district); Le Duy Quan (SN 2005) and Le Cong Thanh (SN 2005, in Hai Ninh Ward, Nghi Son Town).
Previously, at around 5am on April 23, the group of teenagers drove 3 motorbikes without helmets, without a license plate, from Thanh Hoa City to Sam Son City, then drove along Vo Nguyen Giap Avenue to Thanh Hoa City.
At around 6am, when returning to Thanh Hoa City, 6 teenagers on a motorbike riding on Lac Long Quan Street towards Le Loi Avenue swerved, swerved, revved the engine, shouted, ran red lights, and drove in the wrong direction, forcing many people to avoid the road or stop to ensure safety.
More dangerously, when reaching the Bo bridge section in Dong Ve ward, this group of teenagers also drove a motorbike over and teased and crossed a girl's motorbike, causing outrage among passersby.
After receiving feedback from the people, the Criminal Police Department of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police extracted camera footage of the above group of subjects' violations, and summoned the teenagers to the police station to clarify the incident.
