Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee has just issued Directive No. 07/CT -UBND on focusing on implementing tasks and solutions in order to successfully implement the socio -economic development plan in 2025, with the goal of economic growth of the year reaching 8%.
Accordingly, Cao Bang People's Committee requires departments, localities and relevant units to focus on implementing flexible and effective management solutions, proactively adapting to the actual situation, creating clear changes in each field.

Cao Bang Province will review and remove difficulties for businesses, promote the disbursement of public investment capital, especially key projects such as Dong Dang - Tra Linh highway, border -gate economic zones and transport infrastructure development projects.
The Provincial People's Committee assigns units to coordinate with industries to accelerate the completion of economic development plannings and clear orientation for priority areas to attract investment.
In the coming time, the locality will restructure the agricultural sector towards improving productivity, quality and added value.
Districts and cities will promote agricultural production of commodity, develop raw material areas associated with processing and consumption of products. The province encourages the development of a new type of cooperative and applies technology to production.
Along with that, Cao Bang identified tourism as an important economic sector. The province will focus on attracting investment and effectively exploiting tourist areas such as Ban Gioc waterfall, Nguom Ngao cave, Pac Bo relics, associated with the development of services, trade villages and OCOP products.
The Directive also requires all levels and branches to improve the efficiency of state management, thrift practice and waste combat. Cao Bang aims to improve the quality of education and health, ensure social security and sustainable poverty reduction, especially in ethnic minority areas.

Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee also directed to promote digital transformation, administrative reform, improve the efficiency of handling administrative procedures, build a digital government to serve people and businesses.
On April 11, Chairman of Cao Bang People's Committee directed and requested each agency, unit and localities to develop a specific action plan, clearly identify objectives, solutions, implementation time and responsible person. The evaluation and testing of progress will be done regularly and publicly to promptly remove obstacles.
