On March 17, at the headquarters of the Project Management Board for Agricultural and Rural Development Works (NN&PTNT), Dien Bien Provincial People's Committee organized a Conference to announce and award decisions of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on personnel work.
According to the decision, Dien Bien Provincial People's Committee received and appointed Mr. Nguyen Thai Binh - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Thanh Nua commune to hold the position of Director of the Project Management Board of NN&PTTN works of the province. The term of appointment is 5 years, from March 15, 2026.
Speaking to direct, Standing Vice Chairman of Dien Bien Provincial People's Committee Lo Van Cuong requested Mr. Nguyen Thai Binh and the unit collective to continue to promote solidarity, improve management and administration capacity; focus on effectively implementing construction investment projects.
At the same time, promote coordination with departments, branches, and localities in site clearance, promote the progress of projects; manage and use capital effectively, ensuring disbursement of public investment.
Speaking to receive the assignment, Mr. Nguyen Thai Binh promised to strive, promote the spirit of responsibility, and together with the unit's collective maintain solidarity and unity, to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
Previously, Mr. Nguyen Huu Hiep - Director of the Provincial Agricultural and Rural Development Project Management Board was transferred to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of Thanh Nua Commune Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
