On June 3, the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) of Dak Lak Provincial Police said that Road Traffic Police Team No. 1 had just discovered two biological brothers traveling by electric motorbike on the Ho Chi Minh road in a drug-positive state.
Previously, at about 4 pm on June 1, at Km1790+700 Ho Chi Minh road, passing through hamlet 3, Hoa Phu commune, Dak Lak province, the Traffic Police Team of Road Traffic Police Team No. 1 stopped to inspect an electric motorbike driven by LX. H (born 1988), carrying his younger brother LX. Hu (born 1991), also residing in Hoa Phu commune.
During the inspection, recognizing that the two people showed suspicious signs, the task force conducted a rapid drug test and took both of them to a medical facility in the area for examination according to regulations.
Test results showed that both were positive for drugs.
After preparing initial records, the traffic police force completed the procedures according to regulations and handed over the two cases to Hoa Phu Commune Police to continue verifying and clarifying related acts for handling according to their authority.
