Chu Hung M committed violations without a motorbike driving license, without a motorbike registration, driving a motorbike without a helmet, carrying a passenger on the motorbike without a helmet, without a rearview mirror on the left side of the driver. Notably, in Chu Hung M's beef pants bag, there was a pack of cigarettes, inside were 2 cigarettes and Chu Hung M confessed that it was drugs.
Previously, at around 10:20 p.m., at 24 Nguyen Duc Canh (An Bien Ward, Le Chan District, Hai Phong City), the Mobile Police Department inspected To Van H (born in 2002, residing in Quang Trong Commune, Thach An District, Cao Bang Province) driving a motorbike without a license plate. To Van H's violations include driving a motorbike without a helmet, carrying a passenger without a helmet, not having a motorbike driving license, not registering a motorbike, driving a motorbike without a license plate.
The Mobile Police Department handed over the cases, vehicles and exhibits to Le Chan District Police for handling according to regulations.
