At around 3am, on September 16, while cleaning up at Ha Thanh intersection, in Ha Thanh village, Son Ha commune, employees of Quang Ngai Urban Environment Joint Stock Company - Son Ha branch discovered the body of a newborn baby that had died in a trash can.
Immediately, the company's employees notified the local authorities and functional forces. Son Ha commune police quickly arrived at the scene, protected the area and coordinated with other forces to conduct an autopsy, collect evidence and investigate the incident.
The case is still under further investigation and clarification. The commune police recommend that people, if they have relevant information, provide it to the authorities to serve the investigation.
