On the afternoon of October 15, in Da Nang, Hospital 199 (Ministry of Public Security) held the 6th Women's Congress, term 2025-2030. The Congress was attended by Major General Ngo Hoai Thu, Deputy Director of the Department of Political Affairs, Head of the People's Public Security Women's Committee; Lieutenant Colonel Tran Quang Phap, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee - Deputy Director in charge of Hospital 199, along with the Board of Directors of Hospital 199; Leaders of departments, units and 150 delegates representing 425 members of the branches of the Women's Association of Hospital 199.
The political report stated that under the leadership of the Central Public Security Party Committee, Women of Hospital 199 continue to promote the traditional qualities of "Hero - Incestual - Middle-range - Middle-range - Middle-range" in the new form: digital capacity - creative thinking - the ability to integrate globally. Not only taking good care of civil servants of women, women members of the Hospital have been pioneers in expertise, scientific research, smart hospital governance and community movements.
The report also outlines specific directions and targets for the new term 2025-2030, such as: Building a strong, united, and innovative Women's Union of Hospital 199; As a representative organization to protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of members; As a pioneer force in caring for life, promoting gender equality, and enhancing the position of women in the industry, society, and family.
Promote the emulation spirit of "People's Public Security Women: bravery - Humanity - Discipline - Responsibility, for national security, for family happiness", associated with the political tasks and development orientation of the Hospital in the new period.
In particular, the political report emphasized three breakthroughs for the 2025-2030 term, which are: Comprehensive digital transformation in the organization of the Slogan Association: "S race - Connecting intelligence, guiding the future"; Improving the quality of cadres and organizing the Slogan Association: "Female leadership - Leading innovation, affirming courage"; Promoting gender equality, raising the level of women Hospital 199 Slogan: "Gender equality - Power of integration, spreading humanity".
Speaking at the Congress, Major General Ngo Hoai Thu said that the past term was a challenging period for the Women's Union of Hospital 199. However, the Association has overcome it with Hospital 199 and achieved many proud achievements. This is a solid foundation for the Women's Union of Hospital 199 to continue to excellently fulfill its tasks in the coming term, worthy of the trust and expectations of the CAND Women's Committee, the Party Committee - Board of Directors of Hospital 199 and all women's members.
Lieutenant Colonel Tran Quang Phap, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Hospital 199 acknowledged the direction of Major General Ngo Hoai Thu and expressed the determination of the Hospital and the Women's Union in professional work and the movement to successfully complete the mission of protecting, caring for and improving the health of industry cadres and people, building the image of a CAND doctor with good medical ethics and expertise. Promote digital transformation and comprehensive innovation to meet increasingly high task requirements.
The Congress also elected the Executive Committee of the Women's Union of Hospital 199 for the 2025-2030 term, including 15 comrades representing the intelligence, bravery and enthusiasm of all members, of which Lieutenant Colonel Pham Thi Anh Nguyet was elected as President. In parallel, the Congress also elected 05 official delegates and 01 absent delegate to attend the 10th Congress of Women's Union of the Ministry of Public Security.
The 6th Women's Congress of Hospital 199 took place in a context of special significance. Not only summarizing the journey of 2021-2025 and setting out the direction for 20252030, but also affirming the strategic vision of women in the hospital in the new era - becoming a core connecting knowledge, spreading innovation, promoting digital transformation, contributing to building a strong, modern, and internationally integrated 199 Hospital, towards the goal of Danang recovery & Wellness Hub 2030.
