For people in Binh Thanh C Area, Binh Thanh B Area and Binh An Area, go to the headquarters of the People's Committee of Long Binh Ward to receive gifts at 7:30 a.m. on September 1.
For people in An Hoa area, Thanh Hieu area, Binh Hieu area, go to the headquarters of Long Binh Ward People's Committee to receive gifts at 1:30 p.m. on September 1.
For people in Binh Tan area, Binh Hoa area, go to the old Vinh Tuong ward cultural house to receive gifts at 1:30 p.m. on September 1.
For people in Binh Thuan area, Binh Trung area, Binh Loi area to the old Long Binh Commune Police Headquarters to receive gifts at 1:30 p.m. on September 1.

The People's Committee of Long Binh Ward also noted that the one-time gift giving by household is determined for each household in the household according to national population data; the household owner (or a family member legally authorized by the household owner, the form of authorization issued by the Ward People's Committee at the gift-giving points) is received on behalf of each household and is responsible for transferring gifts to the members of the household.
