The project to renovate and beautify Ho Xuan Huong, To Ngoc Van, Dien Bien Phu, Le Loi streets, Tich Son ward, Vinh Yen city (old) - was previously approved by the People's Committee of Vinh Yen city under Decision No. 2747/QD-UBND dated November 28, 2024.
This project belongs to Group C, with a total investment of nearly 55 billion VND, the Vinh Yen Ward Project Management Board is currently the Investor of this project (before the merger, the Vinh Yen City Investment and Construction Project Management Board was the Investor).
According to the reporter's investigation, on October 16, the Vinh Yen Ward Project Management Board announced the invitation for bidding for the Construction Package of the project.
The Construction package was publicly bid online, priced at more than VND 44.3 billion from the state budget. The package implementation period is 540 days.
Through exploitation of project documents, it can be seen that the above package will renovate and embellish the following routes: Ho Xuan Huong, To Ngoc Van, Dien Bien Phu, Le Loi (from the City Public Administration Center to Hung Vuong Street) with a total length of about 1,940m.
For Ho Xuan Huong Street: Total length is about 353.08m; To Ngoc Van Street: Total length is about 396.97m; Dien Bien Phu Street: Total length is about 1,057.65m; Le Loi Street: Total length is about 147.65m.
The main investment items include: Sidewalk sleeves, installation of curbs, natural stone triangle ditches; planting additional sidewalk trees; burying medium and low voltage power systems underground; lighting systems; information, telecommunications...; dredging, renovating, and repairing drainage systems, revenue gates, and manholes.
The investment goal of the project is to complete the infrastructure of Vinh Yen urban area; carry out urban urban renovation in a synchronous, modern, and civilized direction, contributing to improving the quality of life of the people, gradually developing Vinh Yen ward in a green and sustainable direction.
