Soc Trang - Vehicles are moving in little bit on National Highway 1A through Dai Tam Commune (My Xuyen District) and Soc Trang City due to local traffic jams.

At about 10:00 a.m. on February 16, traffic on National Highway 1A, through Ward 10, Soc Trang City to Dai Tam Commune People's Committee (My Xuyen District, Soc Trang Province) was congested. Vehicles moved very slowly, having to inject little by little.

The reason is that the number of visitors to the new Tra Tim pagoda (in Dai Tam commune, My Xuyen district, Soc Trang province) attended the Say Ma Boundary Ceremony and cut the ribbon to inaugurate the main hall. This festival has attracted a large number of tourists from inside and outside the province, with up to thousands of people each day.

Traffic police were present at the scene, directing traffic and guiding traffic, but due to the large traffic volume, moving through this area was still difficult.

In addition, due to the weekend, tourists choose to travel in Bac Lieu and Ca Mau, making traffic on National Highway 1A more stressful, leading to local traffic jams.
