According to the plan, the peak period will take place within one month, starting from October 1 - October 31, 2024.
Traffic police will patrol and control main traffic routes in urban areas, inter-village and inter-commune roads, district and provincial roads, national highways; areas near schools, areas where many young people gather to violate traffic safety and order.
In particular, focusing on violations such as: Driving without a driver's license; not wearing a helmet; carrying more people than the prescribed number; not obeying traffic light signals; driving in a row; going in the wrong direction; honking, revving the engine; driving a two-wheeled vehicle on one wheel; using a kickstand or other object to scrape the road while the vehicle is running; weaving; gathering to disturb public order, illegal racing; handing over the vehicle to someone who is not qualified to drive it.
In cases where students or parents violate regulations by stopping or parking their vehicles on the road, on the sidewalk, or at crossroads, causing traffic congestion and posing a potential risk of traffic accidents, we will resolutely not allow unsafe vehicles to be used to transport or pick up students.
Recently, the situation of students in Ha Tinh violating traffic safety still occurs in many places.
Most recently, on September 27, two teenagers driving a motorbike at high speed in Duc Tho town (Duc Tho district, Ha Tinh province) crashed into another motorbike, killing a female teacher.
