According to records, these types of vehicles often carry bulky goods, move slowly, encroach on lanes, especially in the central and suburban areas, seriously affecting traffic order and safety.
From September 16 to 25, the authorities have handled 148 cases of motorbikes and motorbikes towing garages or converting them into three- and four-wheeled vehicles. Many vehicles were temporarily detained due to not ensuring technical safety and arbitrarily changing the structure.
