On March 31, Nam Son Ward Police, An Duong District, Hai Phong City received a report from Ms. N.T.D (38 years old, residing in My Tranh residential group, Nam Son Ward) about the theft of 2 phones, 1 gold ring, 1 set of silver jewelry, 1 wristwatch, savings inside the piggy bank and all the sales money during the day.
Immediately afterwards, with the professional help of Team 3 - Criminal Police Department (City Police), Nam Son Ward Police urgently reviewed more than 30 cameras on the route the subject was traveling on My Tranh 1 Street, Dong Da Street (Nam Son Ward), Hung Vuong Street (Quan Toan Ward), to route 10, Nam Son Ward and route 10 in An Lao District towards Thai Binh Province. From the results, the police discovered the Huyndai car of the property thief with license plate 61A-817.03.
By the afternoon of April 1, Nam Son Ward Police had arrested Pham Van Hinh (born in 1988, residing in An Thanh, Quynh Phu, Thai Binh) at the subject's private home.
Through further investigation, Pham Van Hinh confessed that also in the early morning of March 27, he had stolen an Iphone XS Max mobile phone from the same residential group as My Tranh.
Currently, Nam Son Ward Police have handed over the subject, vehicle and evidence to the Criminal Police Department of Hai Phong City Police for further investigation, expansion of the case and handling according to regulations.
