Implementing the peak plan of the Traffic Police Department, since October 18, the Traffic Police Department of Lam Dong Provincial Police has organized many closed patrol and control teams in the area.

Specifically, in the first 3 days of the campaign, Lam Dong Traffic Police force organized 212 thematic groups to control alcohol concentration in the province, with 1,154 officers and soldiers participating.
Thereby, control of 14,430 vehicles has been stopped, 423 cases of alcohol concentration violations (403 motorbikes, 20 cars have been detected and handled).
Lam Dong Provincial Police have issued administrative fines with estimated fines of nearly VND2.6 billion; at the same time, 59 cases have had their driving licenses revoked and 232 cases have had points deducted from their driving licenses.
Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Tiep, Head of the Traffic Police Department of Lam Dong Provincial Police, said: In recent days, the unit has mobilized maximum forces, vehicles, and technical equipment, coordinated with local police to patrol, control, propagate and strictly handle traffic safety violations.
Although the situation of alcohol concentration violations has decreased day by day, it is still complicated.
In the coming time, inspection, control and handling will continue to be implemented with the motto "no forbidden areas, no exceptions".
