The captain and deputy team leader are department-level and part-time leaders, so there is no allowance regime; contract employees are paid 5 million VND/month for labor contracts, no allowance costs, no social insurance payment.
The team has many tasks such as: Patrolling and controlling compliance with the law in the fields of construction order, works, housing, urban order, roadsides, public places; Participating in enforcement forces in implementing enforcement decisions in the city...
According to Mr. Dang Quang Tu, the Da Lat City Urban Order Management Team is a pilot model, with no specific regulations in legal documents. Therefore, the locality has difficulty in arranging and terminating the operations of district-level administrative units.
