On the afternoon of March 8, at the Thuan An Port Border Guard Station (Thuan An Ward, Thuan Hoa District, Hue City), the Youth Union of the Border Guard (BDBP) of Hue City coordinated with units to launch the "Youth Month", "March Border" and "Green Sunday" in 2025.
In the program, union members and youth from all units disseminated information about border sovereignty, sea and island laws; Road Traffic Law; first aid and emergency instructions for 100 youth union members of Thuan An ward. At the same time, presented the national flag and 10 gifts to union members and young fishermen who actively participated in protecting the border of seas and islands; presented 4 scholarships "Showing your children to school", 2 gifts from the model "Fatherland's love Cup", "Children of the Border Guard Station"; 100 T-shirts and a military medicine cabinet to the Thuan An Port Border Guard Station.

On this occasion, units will organize tree planting in response to "Green Sunday 2025"; start construction of a sports stadium and "Youth Mai Garden" to present to the Border Guard Station of Thuan An Port.
Previously, the Youth Union of the Hue City Border Guard restored and presented the portrait to the relatives of martyr Le Dinh Tu - a soldier of Squadron 2, Hue City Border Guard, who died in the historic flood in 1999.
The program contributes to promoting the spirit of initiative and volunteerism of young people in socio-economic development, building new rural areas, civilized urban areas, strengthening national defense, security and ensuring social security in disadvantaged areas, border areas, and islands.
