Accordingly, the whole province of Ha Tinh has established more than 210 Youth Teams of the "Digital Education Group" with nearly 3,000 members who are key Youth Union and Association officials, knowledgeable young people with in-depth knowledge of digital transformation in communes, wards and towns.
On the same day, 12/12 districts, towns and cities continued to launch the model "Cashless payment streets, residential areas, and markets".
Youth union members have visited business and trading families to propagate and mobilize people to promote non-cash payment methods but transfer money through account numbers and scan QR codes.
Cashless payment helps avoid shortage of change, loss, or loss when using money on the person.
Digital transformation activities, especially the implementation of the "Digital Education and Training" movement, are identified as one of the many key contents of the 2025 Youth Month of Ha Tinh Youth.
