The Son La Province Youth Activity Center Investment Project was approved by the Provincial People's Committee under Decision No. 2162/QD-UBND dated August 27, 2025.
This is a Group C project with a total approved investment of nearly 45 billion VND, the Management Board of Investment Projects for Construction of Civil, Industrial and Urban Development of Son La province is assigned as the Project Investor.
According to the reporter's investigation, on December 15, the investor issued a notice of bidding for Package No. 09: Construction and supply, equipment installation of the project.
Package No. 09 is a mixed-use package, widely bid online, priced at nearly 38.6 billion VND from the provincial budget land use fee revenue.
In the future, after completing the selection of contractors for Package No. 09, the construction unit will deploy the package in Group 6 Quyet Thang, To Hieu Ward, Son La Province.
According to the project documents, the work of the above mixed package includes:
demolishing existing items including: Gymnasium, main house, yard, road, flower bed...
Build a new 3-storey headquarters + 1 attic, with a construction area of about 2,307.9m2, a floor area of about 4,768.8m2, a total length of 52.2m, a width of 38.1m, the main hall in front is 9.9m wide...
Regarding the usage function, it is specifically arranged as follows:
The first floor has a reception hall; office; meeting room; gift room; a hall including stage, seating rows; auxiliary spaces including security room, sound/lighting technical rooms, preparation room, warehouse, toilet area, traffic corridor, footsteps.
The second floor will have offices, meeting rooms, warehouses, rooms for talents and continue to have seats for the audience; auxiliary spaces including sound/lighting technical rooms; preparation rooms, warehouses, toilets, traffic corridors, and mountain stairs.
The third floor has rooms for talents, meeting rooms and auxiliary spaces including restrooms, traffic corridors, and stairs.
The attic is arranged with an attic on the roof of the central tower, creating an architectural highlight for the project.
In addition, Package No. 09 also builds technical infrastructure systems, auxiliary and equipment installation.
The goal of the project is to concretize the Construction Master Plan approved until 2045. Forming a complex construction area, with beautiful architectural style, in harmony with the surrounding landscape, ensuring aesthetics, and being a highlight of urban landscape architecture.
Along with that, the project is invested to complete educational institutions outside of school, creating facilities for organizing educational activities, entertainment, and learning for children in the area.
