Previously, from people's reports about a group of subjects who regularly gathered with suspicious signs, Ho Dac Kien Commune Police deployed inspections and verification.
Through grasping the situation, the police force discovered 6 subjects who regularly bought drugs for common use, including: Nguyen Thi Ngoc Diem (born in 2004), Chau Ut (born in 1995), Chau Lung (born in 1991), Nguyen Van Thuong (born in 1988, all residing in Ho Dac Kien commune); Thach Thi Hoa (born in 1989, residing in Phu Tam commune) and Son Huu Tai (born in 1986, residing in Ke Sach commune).
From the statements of this group, the police identified the drug supplier as Huynh Vu Tuan (born in 1990, residing in Xay Da A hamlet, Ho Dac Kien commune). The drug delivery was done by Tran Cong Dat (born in 1998, both residing in Xay Da A hamlet), in exchange for free drug use.
After 6 drug users were arrested, the police continued to investigate and arrest Dat. Tuan went to the commune police to surrender and had a quick test result positive for drugs. Currently, this subject is continuing to be investigated for illegal drug trafficking and use.
Expanding the investigation, the police arrested Thach Mel (born in 1998) and Ha Chi Long (born in 1987, both residing in Ho Dac Kien commune), both of whom admitted to buying drugs from Tuan many times for use.
Up to now, Ho Dac Kien Commune Police have established records of 10 related subjects for handling according to the law.
