On the morning of May 29, the Investigation Police Agency of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police said that it had prosecuted the accused and executed an arrest warrant for 4 subjects to investigate the act of intentionally causing injury.
The subjects include Vo Thanh Quan (born in 2007), Tran Van Khang (born in 2004), both residing in Bao An ward; Nguyen Quang Bao Dang (born in 2008) and Vo Ngoc Thang (born in 2006), both residing in Do Vinh ward.
According to initial investigation, on December 22, 2025, Quan, Khang, Dang and Thang were drinking at a restaurant in residential group 15, Phan Rang ward when a conflict occurred with Mr. H.Q. D (resident of Ninh Chu ward) and Mr. L.Q. T (resident of Ninh Phuoc commune).
After arguing, the group of subjects used knives, beer bottles, chairs and glasses to attack Mr. D and Mr. T.
The examination results showed that Mr. H.Q. D was injured 58%, and Mr. L.Q. T was injured 22%.
Currently, the Investigation Police Agency of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police is continuing to investigate and clarify the case to handle the subjects according to the provisions of law.
