On June 8, Ninh Binh Provincial Police informed that Thien Truong Ward Police had just coordinated with Market Management Team No. 8 to inspect the business household of Mr. Bui Trung T (residing in Hong Phuc Residential Group, Thien Truong Ward).
Through inspection, functional forces discovered 203 products including clothes, socks, and sandals showing signs of infringing on the rights to trademarks being protected.
At the time of inspection, the business household owner could not present invoices and documents proving the legal origin of the above goods as prescribed.
Functional forces have made a record and temporarily seized all of the above goods to serve the verification and handling according to the provisions of law.
