Previously, on the evening of October 10, on Phan Dinh Phung Street, Thanh Sen Ward, a group of young people gathered to drive and swerve, swerving.
Of which, 3 young men and teenagers on a motorbike traveling at high speed crashed into the motorbike of 2 passersby. As a result, one person was seriously injured.

In the early morning of October 7, in Nghe An province, a group of young people used motorbikes to drive at high speed.
During the move, the subjects rowed the goods in a row, did not wear helmets, covered or removed their license plates, brought ball shot guns, machetes, beer bottles, shouted, and swerved on the road, causing disorder.
In the verification, the Criminal Police Department of Nghe An Provincial Police presided over and coordinated with relevant units to arrest 24 subjects (23 men and 1 woman) all residing in Ha Tinh province, which are groups of subjects who have gathered, causing disorder in Nghe An province.
