The project of the headquarters of the Provincial Party Committee and Party Committees of Yen Bai province is located in Dong Tam ward, Yen Bai city with a total investment of 410 billion VND, invested by the Yen Bai Provincial Investment and Construction Project Management Board.
The project is constructed by Lanmak Real Estate Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company, with a construction scale of 7 floors, including 1 ground floor and 6 working floors. The total floor area is about 18,500m2, the total land area is about 2.57ha.
The project started on July 7, 2023 on the site of the old Yen Bai Provincial Party Committee headquarters and is currently in the completion stage.
