On December 16, according to Hung Yen Provincial Police, A Sao Commune Police discovered and handled a case of a citizen sharing and spreading a video with bad, toxic, and untrue content on social networks.
Carrying out a peak period of attacking, suppressing crime, ensuring security and order during the Lunar New Year 2026, right on the first day of the campaign, A Sao Commune Police discovered and handled a citizen in the area using a personal Facebook account to share a video with bad and toxic content on social networks.
Accordingly, through monitoring and reviewing information on cyberspace, A Sao Commune Police discovered a Facebook account named "H.V" posted and shared a video with bad and toxic content, reflecting violations of regulations on traffic safety and order, including a scene of driving a motorbike on one wheel, potentially endangering the safety of road users and causing negative impacts in society.

Immediately after the discovery, A Sao Commune Police promptly deployed professional measures to verify the identity of the account owner. Through the verification process, the police identified the account owner as L.D.H.V (born in 2007, residing in Long Khe 2 village, A Sao commune, Hung Yen province) and invited the citizen to the headquarters for questioning.
At the meeting, L.D.H.V admitted to posting and sharing content in violation, and stated that due to limited legal awareness and lack of understanding the consequences of spreading inappropriate information on social networks. Considering this is a first-time violation and has not caused serious consequences, the A Sao Commune Police have reminded, educated, and required citizens to voluntarily remove all violating content and write a commitment not to repeat the offense in the near future.
In the coming time, A Sao Commune Police will continue to strengthen the work of reviewing and grasping the situation on cyberspace, promptly detecting and strictly handling individuals and organizations that take advantage of social networks to provide and share fake information, false information, distort, slander, insult the reputation of agencies, organizations, honor, and dignity of individuals; causing panic among the people, inciting violence, crime, social evils, negatively affecting the security and order situation in the locality.
