At about 7:12 am on August 26, Tam Thanh Ward Police received a report about a body floating on the surface of the Ky Cung River, in the Hoang Thuy block area.
Immediately after that, the Fire and Rescue Police Department of Lang Son Provincial Police mobilized a working group and specialized vehicles to the scene.
Functional forces approached and brought the body ashore at 7:51 am.
The victim was identified as Mr. L.V. H., 41 years old, residing in alley 7, Tam Thanh street, block 1, Tam Thanh ward.
The body was then handed over to functional agencies for examination before the family received it and took care of the funeral. The cause of the incident is being investigated.
