On April 5, the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee informed that in the first quarter of 2025, the province's economic growth rate will reach 6.5%, higher than the growth scenario set out at the beginning of the year.
Total state budget revenue in the area is estimated at VND 3,180 billion, an increase of 47% over the same period last year; equal to 40.47% of the estimate assigned by the Central Government and 33.3% of the estimate assigned by the Provincial People's Council.
Speaking to Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. Nguyen Tuan Ha - Permanent Vice Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee - said: "This positive result is thanks to the efforts of the entire political system in synchronously implementing solutions for socio-economic development".
According to Mr. Ha, the province has proactively supported businesses to remove difficulties and promote tax collection from individual business households. The province also effectively exploits the potential from tourism, services and available resources.
In the first months of 2025, Dak Lak province has created favorable conditions for investors to implement key projects such as Phu Xuan Industrial Park and the Commercial - Hotel - Housing Complex in Buon Ma Thuot city.
These projects are not only of great significance in socio-economic development but also create more jobs for local people.
"Dak Lak is increasingly affirming its role as a potential destination, attracting investors," Mr. Ha emphasized.
