On the morning of September 1, the leader of the People's Committee of Toan Luu commune said that the authorities had found the body of Mr. N.V.Q (born in 1982, residing in Thien Thai village, Toan Luu commune) in the Ke bridge area in Thien Thai village.
Previously, at around 8:00 p.m. on August 30, after the flood, Mr. Q went to cast a net but could not return late at night.
After that, some people searched and discovered Mr. Q's flashlights, nets, and boots in the Cau Ke area in Thien Thai village.
Relatives then reported to the local authorities to ask them to search for Mr. Q who had gone missing.
Since the morning of August 31, dozens of officers and soldiers of Toan Luu Commune Police, Fire Prevention and Rescue Police and many local people have organized a search for Mr. Q.
At around 5:20 p.m. the same day, Mr. Q's body was found. The cause was determined to be that Mr. Q drowned and died.
Currently, the Commune Police have completed the procedures and handed over the victim's body to the family for burial according to local customs.
