Ninh Binh - Police forces dismantled a point of organizing and harboring illegal drug use at a private house, seizing ketamine and MDMA.

On June 9, Ninh Binh Provincial Police said that the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department of the Provincial Police has just chaired and coordinated with Nam Dinh Ward Police to organize the fight to eliminate the point of organizing and harboring illegal drug use at 144 Tran Nhat Duat, Nam Dinh Ward.

According to the Police agency, the above location is the house of Doan Quang Hung (born in 1970, permanent residence in Nam Dinh ward).

Checking the house, functional forces discovered that in room 302, 3rd floor, there were 7 people (including 4 men and 3 women) gathering. At the time of inspection, in the room there were many exhibits used to illegally use drugs such as: bowls and ceramic plates containing white crystalline powder, 1 plastic card and a straw with white powder, 2 packages of ketamine weighing 1.734g and some other exhibits.

Through rapid testing, 5/7 subjects tested positive for drugs.

During the working process, subject Vu Hai Duong (born in 1992, residing in Vi Khe ward, Ninh Binh province) confessed to hiding tablet-type drugs in the toilet area next to room 302 to continue using. Conducting an inspection, the task force seized another nylon bag containing 7 MDMA synthetic drugs with a weight of 2.213g.

The working group made a record of catching the offender red-handed and took the subjects and exhibits to the headquarters for further investigation and handling according to the provisions of law.
