At 3:45 am on April 5, at the intersection of Tran Nguyen Han - Nguyen Cong Hoa - Hoang Minh Thao streets, An Bien ward, the Criminal Police Department discovered about 5-6 subjects driving 3 motorbikes carrying bamboo sticks and many beer bottles. After the Criminal Police Department organized an inspection, the subjects ran away, throwing glass bottles.
The Criminal Police Department detained and handed over subject N.N.M (born in 2011, residing in Tien Minh commune, Hai Phong) and the vehicle to An Bien Ward Police. Other subjects fled.
Implementing the direction of Colonel Bui Trung Thanh - Deputy Director, Head of the Investigation Police Agency of the City Police, An Bien Ward Police coordinated with the Criminal Police Department to take measures to verify and clarify the above group of subjects, including: N.V.A (born in 2008) and B.B.M (born in 2012, both residing in Tan Minh commune, Hai Phong), C.H. D (born in 2010) and N.X. D (born in 2011, both residing in Tien Minh commune, Hai Phong), V.D. T (born in 2011, residing in Tien Lang commune, Hai Phong).
An Bien Ward Police coordinated with Team 5 of the Criminal Police Department to summon all subjects in the above group to the police headquarters, and at the same time seized 3 motorbikes and many related exhibits. Currently, the Investigation Police Agency of the City Police is continuing to investigate and handle the subjects according to regulations.
